The Evans Library Undergraduate Research Award recognizes excellence in undergraduate research that demonstrates effective use of library resources, information literacy practices, and the ethical and strategic use of artificial intelligence tools, AI prompts, and other online resources.
The award is open to all undergraduate students and invites submissions of research completed as part of credit‑bearing coursework, including senior capstones, design projects, major course research papers, and applied, technical, or creative work completed in the current semester or the prior fall or spring semesters. Submissions will include the final research project with a works cited page, and short reflective essays addressing the research process and use of information resources
